Liquid Wind is an emerging Power-to-Fuel Company committed to providing renewable liquid fuel to empower carbon neutral shipping. We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support Liquid Wind to become a world-leader in clean fuel.
Established in 2017, we have a passionate, expert team and world-class partners, including Siemens Energy, Haldor Topsoe, Carbon Clean, Alfa Laval and Uniper. We are now developing our first Project with Övik Energi in Örnsköldsvik. To meet the growing demand for carbon neutral fuel our ambitious business model is designed for scale, we are aiming for 500 facilities by 2050.

Our Head Office is in Gothenburg with a branch office in Allerød outside Copenhagen, however our team is fairly wide-spread.
What you will do
Establish and maintain a strategic sourcing function in Liquid Wind
Managing the end-to-end sourcing process of contracts incl. proposing sourcing strategy and contract formats. Experience with FIDIC contracts would be a plus.
Prepare and negotiate framework agreements with the key OEM suppliers and EPC contractors
Commercial follow up during execution of the individual projects
Continuously follow market development, propose new sourcing strategies and partnerships
Prepare and negotiate collaboration agreements with key OEM suppliers
Participate in setting KPI’s for the suppliers for lowering the levelized cost of eMethanol
About you
Committed to mitigating the climate crisis in a collaborative way
7-10 years’ experience with strategic sourcing for large scale infrastructure projects
Experienced negotiator with a focus on long term relations and business development opportunities,
Have a commercial mindset and hands-on sourcing skills
Comfortable working in a growing start-up. Autonomous with strong prioritisation skills
